Custom Patient Field Definition

to add a new narrative section to the "identifying information" portion of the report, start by clicking on settings on the left side menu options scroll down the page to find the custom patient field definitions option which looks like this make sure to click on the save button after the label for the new identifying information section name has been typed in if you now click on view patients , select a patient look for a new narrative box labeled "insurance informaiton" under the demographic data for the patient and above the reason for referal narrative box if you click on the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the newly added narrative box, all of the same editing and ai functions will be available to the user in this new narrative section as in all other narrative sections the text you type is automatically saved once a new identifying information narrative section is created, it will be visible for all patients as a choice remember if no narrative is entered, it will not appear in the report output
