Add a Patient

To add a new patient to your list, navigate to the "Patients" page and click on the "Add a Patient" button located at the top of the patient overview table. Alternatively, you can find the "Add a Patient" option in the left-hand menu.

On the "Add a Patient" page, fill out the patient's information, including their name, gender, date of birth, ethnicity, primary language, school, and reason(s) for referral. Once you have completed all the required fields, click "Submit". This will redirect you to the Patient Profile for the new patient, where you can begin adding tests, surveys, narratives, and recommendations.
