Insert Rater Comments into Report

once the rater submits the npcc 3 / npcc 4 form you can insert their comments into the report by doing the following go to the report writer docid\ k9jpjxfa1fndthbpgk8ae tab of a given patient navigate to any npcc 3 / npcc 4 table beneath it you will see a text box to enter in your narrative for ease of use, you can easily insert rater comments from the npcc 3 / npcc 4 for a given section directly into your narrative simply by pressing the "add from survyes" dropdown found beneath the narrative box once you click a given comment to add it will automatically be addded to your narrative for that npcc 3 / npcc 4 section
