The Narrative Template Writer is a useful page to utilize to writer narrative templates for all the available tables in the SNP/CHC Model. You can also modify templates for a given template in the [Narrative Manager](docId\:rJJHWdysTQKLivyapm5pi) found in the [Report Writer](docId\:K9jpJxfA1fNdtHBpgk8aE) tab of the patient profile.

On the side menu click on "Narrative Templates Writer".
