Background

The "Background" tab found under the patient profile is where you can enter important background information about the patient. This information includes the family history, birth and development history, health history, social history, educational history, previous testing results, and classroom observations.

To make this process easier, we have provided a "checklist" feature for some sections of the background information. This allows you to interact with a pre-determined checklist and select relevant information, which will automatically populate the text field. This feature can save you time and ensure that you are including all necessary information.

To use the checklist, simply click on "Start Checklist" button next to the narrative you want to fill out and select the relevant items from the checklist provided. The checklist will prompt you to provide additional details as necessary. Once you have completed the checklist, the information will automatically populate the corresponding text field.

In addition to the checklist, you can also manually enter any additional background information in the text fields provided. This will allow you to provide a comprehensive overview of the patient's background, which can be crucial in providing accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
